What I Do
My work sits at the intersection of neurodivergence, mindset development, and human potential.
I support neurodivergent individuals and high-performance professionals who are navigating overwhelm, burnout, identity challenges, and performance pressure—helping them understand how their minds work so they can begin to work with themselves, rather than against themselves.
My approach is grounded in both lived experience and professional practice, shaped by years of delivering psychoeducation, coaching, and structured development programmes.
I am neurodivergent myself, and this perspective underpins everything I do.
⸻
The Core Belief Behind My Work
Real change doesn’t come from fixing people.
It comes from understanding.
When individuals begin to understand how they process information, regulate emotion, and respond to pressure, they stop fighting themselves.
From there, clarity replaces confusion, and progress becomes more natural, stable, and aligned.
⸻
Professional Experience
My work in neurodivergence development spans coaching, psychoeducation, and structured programme delivery across charity, community, and funded sector initiatives:
* South East London Mind
I piloted and designed Learning to thrive with ADHD as a psychoeducational programme, focused on practical tools for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and neurodivergent self-management. I continue to deliver and develop this work through South East London Mind.

* United Response (Motability Foundation–funded project)
I worked as a development coach, supporting neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals within leadership and organisational structures, with a focus on communication, confidence, and collaboration in the workplace.
* Independent Practice
Ongoing 1:1 and group development work supporting neurodivergent individuals and high-performance professionals navigating burnout, overwhelm, identity, and performance pressure.
⸻
Systems-Level Impact & Inclusion Work
Alongside direct delivery work, my experience sits within wider disability inclusion and accessibility contexts through partnership-led and research-informed projects.
Through my work as a development coach with United Response on a Motability Foundation–funded initiative, I contributed to work focused on:
* Improving understanding of barriers faced by disabled people in public systems, including transport
* Supporting co-produced approaches where lived experience informs service design and delivery
* Contributing to programmes aligned with national conversations on accessibility, inclusion, and participation in public life
This work contributed to a formal written report produced by United Response, capturing findings and lived-experience insights from the project:

The report sits within wider sector and policy-facing discussions on disability, accessibility, and transport inclusion in the UK, and has been shared across relevant stakeholder and advocacy contexts.
Elements of this work were also reflected in wider public discourse, including media coverage such as ITV News reporting on disability, access, and transport inequality.

Free Monthly Workshop (Bromley)
ADHD Creative Unmasking
I started and continue to do a free monthly neurodivergent development workshop held on the first Thursday of every month at a Community Interest Company (CIC) in Bromley.
This is a space for reflection, identity exploration, and practical self-understanding for neurodivergent individuals.
What to expect:
* A safe, accessible, and supportive environment
* Informal, grounded, real-world discussion
* Focus on identity, creativity, and self-expression
* Practical tools—not theory or clinical frameworks
* Space to explore “unmasking” in a healthy, sustainable way

My Approach
This work is not about fixing people.
It is about clarity.
When people understand how they process information, regulate emotion, and respond to pressure, they stop working against themselves.
From there, change becomes more natural, more stable, and more sustainable.
⸻
Areas of Focus
I support individuals and organisations in the following areas:
* Neurodivergent self-understanding and identity
* ADHD-focused psychoeducation and practical strategies
* Burnout, overwhelm, and emotional regulation
* Workplace communication and performance support
* Confidence, structure, and sustainable self-management
* Identity development and “unmasking” work
⸻
My aim is to bridge two worlds: deep personal understanding and real-world performance, responsibility, and pressure.
When people understand themselves properly, everything else begins to shift.
